Yes, we know policies are no fun! But, they are necessary to ensure we are all on the same page! We want everyone to have a great experience while attending any event at Threads of Tradition!

Class and Retreat Polices:

• Payment is due upon signing up for a class or retreat.

• Classes will be held with a 5-person minimum unless stated differently in the class description. Some classes will also have a class maximum.

• Guests, children, and pets are not allowed to attend classes with students.

• Each student must have an authorized copy of the book or pattern- no photocopies or sharing.

• Students may arrive 30 minutes early to set up for the class. Classes start on time.

Refund Policy:

•  Paid classes and retreats are non-refundable. we are happy to move you to another date or class that works for you if there is availability.

• If Threads of Tradition has to cancel class due to low attendance or weather, a full refund or store credit will be issued, whichever you prefer.
